Our initial meeting will focus on getting to know each other, learning about your individual needs, and giving you a taste of what personal training with Andrew is like.
We will thoroughly discuss your goals & history and identify limiting factors through assessments of lifestyle, mobility, and fitness capacities. Using the results of this in-depth analysis and based on your goals, an individualized program will be created for you.
